莱因哈德先生
莱因哈德•施尔顿（Reinhatd Selten），1930年10月5日出生于德国布勒斯劳（Breslau）。1957年获法兰克福大学数学硕士学位，1961年获该校数学博士学位。1957年至1967年任饶尔曼（Heinz Sauermann）教授助手。1967年任至1968年任加州大学伯克利分校商学院客座教授，1968年完成德国大学经济学教授资格论文（Habilitation）。1969年至1972年任柏林自由大学经济学讲座教授，1972年至1984年任比利菲尔德大学数理经济学院主任讲座教授，1984年至1996年任波恩大学经济理论第一研究所主任讲座教授，主持波恩大学经济学实验室及德国科学基金会三O三特别研究计划。
1994年与纳殊（John Nash）和夏仙义（John Harsanyi）教授共同获得诺贝尔经济学奖。1997年任欧洲经济学会主席。
施尔顿教授还是国际计量经济学会院士（自1974年起），北莱因–魏斯特法联科学院院士（自1983年起），美国人文与科学院外国名誉学院杰出院士（自1992年起），柏林布兰登堡科学院杰出院士（自1994年起）及众多名誉教学与名誉博士荣衔，包括上海交通大学名誉教授荣衔。他也是众多国际顶尖学报的编委。
1997年10月，施尔顿教授与宋立刚博士联同中国人民大学及福特基金会筹备召开了经济对策与资讯时代研讨会，出席者包括国际计委人员与各国知名专家数十人。2000年12月策划与主持了香港经济学会“新世纪亚太经济体”中的数码经济与电子商务分会。

唐方方，经济学博士，现任职于新加坡南洋理工大学，1965年7月18日出生于四川，中华人民共和国公民。1985年毕业于成都科技大学（现四川大学），获应用数学与运筹学理学士学位。1988年毕业于上海交通大学管理学院系统工程研究所，获工学硕士学位。1996年毕业于德国波恩大学欧洲数量与信息经济学（与伦敦经济学院、巴黎大学、比利鲁汶大学及以色列特拉维夫大学合办），获经济学博士学位，主要研究领域为新经济及电子商务，导师为1994年诺贝尔经济学奖得主、欧洲经济学会主席施尔顿（Reinhard Selten）教授。现任新加坡南洋理工大学南洋商学院应用经济学助理教授。
唐方方博士获得过多项国际奖励与奖学金，包括1997年度饶尔曼奖（实验经济学会两年一度颁发的Heinz Sauermann杰出论文奖。1988至1990年获英国大学校长联席委员会海外研究奖学金，1989年度获英国伯明翰大学商业经济学院唯一奖学金，1990年获澳大利亚国立大学奖学金，1990年获美国加洲大学奖学金，1991年至1993年德国科学基金会奖学金等。1991年担任英国运输部区域公路研究员。1991年至1996年担任施尔顿教授助手，协助波恩经济学实验室对外联络工作。1996年至1997年任以色列希伯来耶路撒冷大学人文社会科学学院统计学客座教授，及该大学理学部高等研究院交互决策中心博士后研究员。
唐方方博士1997年至2000年任新加坡国立大学人文社会科学院经济学院士。在顶尖国际学报如《政治经济学报》、《博弈与经济行为》、《经济组织与行为学报》、《数理心理学学报》等发表过数篇深具国际影响的研究报告，自1994年至今，应香港权威中文财经日报《信报》社长特邀，为该报《经济气象》与《经济评论》专栏撰写过上百篇财经分析与评论文章，在港、台、东南亚颇具影响。曾应邀短访学客座之机构还包括：美国匹兹堡大学与加洲理工学院、瑞士洛桑国际工商管理学院、日本大坂大学及大藏省实验经济学讲座、以色列理工学院、土耳其经济学会、英国约克大学及香港各学府等。在新加坡则多次参与中高层官员与经济培训教学，包括东南亚各国与中国的参与者，并曾为数家新兴电子商务公司提供咨询与策划方案。主要研究领域为新经济结构与电子商务策略、管理决策过程以及经济行为分析、网络时代的教育与培训问题等。
宋立刚，经济学博士，现任澳大利亚国立大学太平洋与亚洲研究院研究员，出生于1955年8月25日，1982年毕业于中国人民大学，获经济学学士学位。1985年毕业于日本国际大学，获国际关系学硕士学位。1993年毕业于澳大利亚国立大学，获经济学博士学位。1985年至1988年曾任教于中国人民大学经济学系，任经济系系副主任，福特基金会经济学培训中心主任和中美经济学教育与研究委员会执行主任。现任澳大利亚国立大学太平洋与亚洲研究院研究员、中国经济与商业项目主任和中国人民大学国际经济系兼职教授。主要研究方向包括国际贸易，中国经济和亚洲与太平洋经济，著有‘全球比较优势的变迁'（英文专著：Addison WesleyLongman, 1996年）和若干篇中英文学术文章。新近出版的著作有，‘中国二十年的经济改革'（与人合编：AsiaPadific–Press,1999年），‘APEC与中国经济自由化'（与人合编：Asia pacific Press,2000年），‘中国加入世界贸易组织：战略问题与数量分析'（与人合编：Routledge,2000年）。
1995年曾担任国际货币基金顾问，承担有关中国贸易发展与结构变化的研究课题。1999年至2000年曾担任世界银行国际金融公司与中国国家经济与贸易委员会顾问，主持并领导完成了有关中国私人企业发展的研究课题与技术性报告。近年来曾参与多项同中国人民大学，北京大学以及中国社会科学院共同合作的有关中国经济的研究课题与项目。
Doctor Ligang Song was born on 25 August 1955,is a graduate from the Renmin University of China(BA in economics)in 1982,the International University of Japan(MA in international relations)in 1985 and the Australian National University(PhD in economics)in 1993.He taught in the Department of Economics at the Renmin University of China and was Vice Chairman of that Department from 1985 to 1988.He was Director of Ford Foundation's Economics Training Program and Executive Director of the Sino–American Committee on Economics Education and Research with the United States during that period.
He is currently a Fellow and Director of China Economy and Business Program at the Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies and Asia Pacific school of Economy and Management at the Australian National University and visiting Professor in the Department of International Economy at the Renmin University of China. His primary research interests include applied international trade studies , the Chinese economy and the Asia Pacific economies .Major publication include a book, entitled Changing Global Comparative Advantage :Evidence from Asia and the Pacific(Melbourne:Addison–Wesley, 1996).His most recent publications include :China Twenty year of Feform, Ross Garnaut and Ligang Song(eds), AsiaPacific Press:Canberra,1999;APEC and Liberalisation of the Chinese Economy, Peter Drysdale, Zhang Yunling and Ligang Song(eds), Asia Pacific Press :Canberra, 2000;China's Entry to the WTO: Strategic Issues and Quantitative Assessment, Peter Drydale and Ligang Song(eds). He was a consultant for the International Monetary Fund in 1995 undertaking a project on China's foreign trade development and structural changes. From 1999 to 2000,he was a consultant for the World Bank's International Finance Corporation(IFC)and the State Economic and Trade Commission of China directing a large scale project on private sector development in China. In recent years , he has participated in several research project on the Chinese economy in cooperation with the Renmin University of China, Beijing University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
